Announcing the virtual Recruitment Automation Conference

Wade & Wendy is very excited to partner with other leading HR technology companies in announcing the first, free-to-attend, and virtual Recruitment Automation Conference (RAC) on June 4th, 2020. 

As we are all working virtually, unable to leave our homes, we still have a strong desire to have social experiences, gain knowledge from peers, inform the talent acquisition community about the work and progress of our businesses, and lastly, to be entertained! 

 

Our vision for this conference is to bring the Recruitment Automation community of builders, recruiting practitioners, business executives and thought leaders together for an event that will be as close to the in-person conference experience we are used to, but from the comfort of your own home. 

To execute on such a lofty vision for a conference, we have lined up a fantastic group of software companies, research organizations & recruiting firms, that are participating in various capacities to make this event one not to miss. Some of our participating companies include HiredScore, Cronofy, Zapinfo, Survale, Checkster, pymetrics, Randstad, Talent Board, Gotham Growth, and more will be announced as we continue to move closer to the conference date. On top of that, we have an amazing group of speakers and panelists. We will be kicking off the day with a Keynote fireside chat with Aryeh Lehrer, VP of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management at Comcast, where we will discuss a range of topics from recruiting technologies, the impact of Covid, and the future of talent management. All panels will take live questions from the crowd from the event chat stream that takes place throughout the conference.

Event Stage: This is where you will find our live panels and presentations: conversations with HR executives and some of the most prominent thought leaders in talent acquisition.

 

Sessions: This is where you will find our use case sessions. Join live discussions, workshops, and real world case study presentations by technology solutions from across the TA landscape.

 

Expo: This is where you will find our partners set up to give demos and answer questions. Some partners will be ‘virtually in their booths’ for scheduled periods of time. Go check them out and say hi! Look out for some fun surprise booths!

 

Networking: A few times during our event we will open up the networking! This is a chat-roulette style experience, where you will be placed in 1 on 1 video conversations to meet other attendees of RAC. This experience is pretty fantastic and I am eager for our community at this event to get some virtual face-to-face time!

 

Live Chat: Engage with the hosts, speakers and your fellow attendees throughout the conference, no matter where you are in the virtual RAC conference. We are coming together to build a community here.

 

Entertainment: Everything from live puppies, to guided meditations, to a happy hour party and a magic show! Yes, a magic show, and he’s known to ask for participation so come prepared to party.  If we are going to come together virtually, let’s have some fun doing it!
