This talk is led by Kate Bischoff, attorney and HR Consultant at tHRive Law, and Heather Bussing, employment lawyer at Bussing Law. They will examine gender equality in the workforce, as well as a wide range of factors that contribute to sexual harassment claims. This talk is led by Sabrina Lucas, Senior Manager and NA HR Operations & Transformation, and Tracey Patterson, Managing Director and NA and European HR Services & Transformation at Accenture. These two HR experts will discuss the big changes in the HR + AI space, the vital role of the recruiter on the expansion of technology, and how both recruiter and AI can work hand in hand. It’s predicted that 50% of recruiting activity will be automated in the next 3 to 5 years. But by embracing human and machine collaboration, the recruiter’s role can be elevated, not replaced.
